The customer base of GERHARD HEICHE GmbH extends far into the automotive supplier industry sector which makes very high demands on requirements and on quality of the products as well as on the management systems behind it. Therefore the business management decided very early as one of the first surface coating companies to get certified according to the worldwide accepted automobile standard ISO/TS 16949 based on an already existing ISO 9001 certification. The satisfaction of our customers and the fulfillment of customized requirements are the focus of our actions also taking into consideration economic and ecological aspects. This begins with the appreciation of our employees who contribute to the company’s success considerably with their know-how and their commitment. Regular employee training, continuous improvement of all company processes, automation of all production processes to a large extent, comprehensive chemical and physical analysis and measuring possibilities guarantee a very high quality standard of all of our services.
In addition to the quality-based ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification, GERHARD HEICHE GMBH is also certified according to the environment standard ISO 14001:2004. This shows a continually developing environmental awareness from the conservation of the resources water, air and energy, a constant monitoring of the compliance to the law to energy generation using photovoltaic plants and the operation of a combined heat and power station fueled by renewable raw materials.
When implementing in the quality management process landscape, the environmental processes were integrated so that both management systems could be regulated as an integrated management system (IMS).
Since July and August 2007 our locations in Leisnig and Hungary have also been certified according to ISO 9001:2000.
