The company
Rich in tradition, the Heiche Group, an innovative company in its second generation, offers an exclusive range of coordinated surface processes which is unique in Europe.
We produce at our location in Schwaigern near Heilbronn as well as at our branches in Leisnig and Hungary.
The main concentration of our processes includes applications in the areas of automotive supply, machine construction as well as electrical and medical technology. Our core competencies are the finishing of light metals, steel and zinc die-casting.
Through process optimization and refinement, we strive to satisfy all our customers’ wishes.
We are not only involved in the further development of practical surface processes which meet our customers’ requirements, we also offer an comprehensive logistical concept.
Environmental awareness
Our production sites are located in the heart of intact landscapes. Therefore we feel especially obliged to the idea of environmental protection. We practise active environmental protection for our customers, our employees, for our environment and for the future generations.
Our manufacturing and water recycling plants are state of the art according to the Water Resources Act. Minimal water consumption is guaranteed by modern rinsing technology. Valuable raw materials are reclaimed.
A large part of our energy requirement in Schwaigern is met by our block heat and power plant which is run by renewable primary products as well as by our photovoltaic power plants.
That means that our products are coated in addition to economical and qualitative aspects also under environmentally friendly aspects. Since 2004 we have had an environmental management system certified according to ISO 14001 and since 2011 an energy management system certified according to DIN EN 16001.
Quality Assurance
In addition to environmental protection, quality control has a high priority in our integrated management system. It begins with the continual analysis of the baths in the statistic process control (SPC) system. State-of-the-art plant technology ensures coating which has consistently good, reproducible quality.
With our well-equipped laboratory, we can carry out extensive measurements and testing in Schwaigern (layer thicknesses, climate testing, salt spray corrosion testing). An ion chromatograph and an AAS (atomic absorption spectrometer) are new to our laboratory.
Innovation
Our processes include conventional coatings as well as the latest coatings based on chrome6-free processes and nano technology. We are the right choice for solutions for preventing corrosion and wear, base surfaces for paintings, coatings and bonding. Our process development is continually developing new and innovative processes for you with the newest technologies and remains with the project until the start of series production.
